Tan joins Artificial with 14 years’ experience in Lloyd’s and London Market pricing, portfolio management and risk management. Most recently she served as Head of Pricing for Marine, Energy & Specialty at Hiscox from 2020 where she played a key role in shaping the division’s portfolio and driving their pricing strategy.

Prior to Hiscox, Tan held the position of Partner at Willis Towers Watson from 2009 to 2020, where she assisted top-tiered global companies in quantifying their risks and optimising their risk financing strategies. She holds a PhD in Statistics and is a fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.
