As we grow as a company, we want to make sure we are working sustainably and reducing our impact on the environment as much as possible.
This means taking initiatives and steps to actively become a climate positive workforce. The nature of our business is paper-free, and our remote-first working policy means tonnes of carbon dioxide are saved from the atmosphere each year thanks to reduced transport emissions and in-office consumables. But we want to do more.
This week (which just so happens to be National Tree Week) we have partnered with Ecologi to plant our own Artificial forest! Don’t let the name fool you, the trees are real - and 300 of them will now be planted on behalf of our employees every month in reforestation projects across the world.
Our contribution also helps fund environmental programmes such as mangrove and wetlands restoration and solar power generation projects, which are key to helping communities across the world become more climate positive.
This is a commitment to offset the carbon emissions of our staff, whether or not they work remotely, as well as the energy and consumables used in our London office.
