At Artificial, that's exactly what our Client Success team is here for.

We recently spoke to Natalie Hazelton, Head of Client Success, Holly Miller, Senior Client Success Manager, and James Elliott, Client Success Manager, to find out what the role really involves.

Client Success: More than just support

Client Success at Artificial goes well beyond answering questions and resolving issues. The team acts as the communication layer between clients and the business, advocating internally for partners and helping them navigate a significant transformation.

"We're taking the needs of the customer and trying to advocate internally for them," says Holly, "helping them on this big strategic change from onboarding right through to BAU."

For Natalie, the focus is also strategic. "These partners are on a big transformation journey. We're trying to be strategic with them, to understand and support them throughout that." The team works across market connectivity, operational efficiency, and new ways of working, with the client's long-term success always in mind.

Partners who actually listen

One of the things clients value most, according to James, is straightforward: knowing that someone is paying attention and genuinely cares.

"On a simple level, we're accountable," he says. "When I speak to clients, they like the fact that someone is listening, and that the person who's listening actually cares. When it comes to it, we're going to be the ones fighting for the resources they need internally."

It's that combination of accountability and genuine investment that makes the relationship work with our partners.
